The Team

The Curriculum Innovation Service is part of Bradford Council’s IT Services and comprises of the Curriculum Innovation Consultants, the Bradford Learning Network (BLN) and the Education ICT team. We are a cost recovery organisation bringing together the experience and expertise of a number of educationalists, learning and teaching consultants, learning technologists and media professionals to consult on a wide range of educational projects and initiatives.  The service is managed by Paul Scott and is based at The Innovation Centre Bradford, a state of the art facility comprising a training room, a research and development area and cybercafé space.

Staff at the centre are highly experienced with respect to mobile devices/learning and can support partners to identify, purchase, deploy, manage and utilise appropriate mobile devices securely across an organisation. Services offered by the team include digital loans, printing, laser etching and video creation.

The Bradford Learning Network is a not for profit provider of education focused internet provision for schools. The Curriculum Innovation and Education ICT teams work very closely with the BLN ensuring that the broadband provision is used to maximum effect across the Bradford district to support raising attainment across all phases.
