Terms and Conditions

  • Where a fee is chargeable, the Innovation Centre must receive an official Purchase Order before the equipment is loaned out.
  • The hirer accepts responsibility to collect and return the equipment at the agreed times.
  • An administration fee of 1 week’s hire cost will be charged for any late returns.
  • The Innovation Centre must be notified of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of the booking. An administration fee of 1 week’s hire cost will be imposed for any cancellations later than 48 hours.
  • All equipment is checked by Innovation Centre staff prior to being loaned out and is guaranteed to be in good working order. The hirer is responsible for ensuring the equipment is returned to the centre in the same condition in which it was loaned out.
  • The hirer is responsible for reimbursing the Innovation Centre for any damage, loss or theft of our equipment and as such has responsibility for ensuring any appropriate insurance is in place for the equipment while on loan.
  • If the Innovation Centre is unable to complete your booking as requested no charge will be made to your school/organization.
  • Staff at the Innovation Centre will make sure all data and photos are deleted before equipment is loaned out. We request that the school/organization please does the same before returning.
