Using ICT effectively in Early Years foundation stage

This unique course offers teachers of EYFS the opportunity to develop an approach to ICT, enriching classroom experiences of your learners. Whether you are a leader, teacher or teaching assistant, this course will support you to ensure that your pupils are prepared for the requirements of EYFS.

The course begins on the evening of day 1, with discussion over dinner around existing provision and an opportunity to share planning and resources with the group. On day 2, the course will divide the day between discussion, information and opportunity to develop your own ‘hands on’ skills in ICT

Pre Course Task:

  • make a list of ICT equipment available at their school/nursery
  • bring exemplars of planning to the course
  • if you are a practitioner who uses profiling software, bring the equipment with you
